This would be a fantastic lineup if we can really bet on Lavia and Caicedo lasting most of the match without aggravating an injury. We treated them both very carefully at the weekend and there's not been much recovery time since then. I don't think Lavia will get the start. Maresca will probably start Reece in Midfield = which will accommodate the all-conquering, ever-present, almighty Malo Gusto. :)
