Btw I took the advice from BB to touch grass and went trekking yesterday.It was such a serene experience. There's nothing that can humble you the way mother nature can. Watching the sun set from a mountain top was just the thing I needed.Trekking up a mountain is exhausting, but it's very different from Indoor activities like gym. Gym does nothing for me these days. But this journey completely knocked me out last night. It was so easy to fall asleep.I haven't slept this well since a long time. I feel quite refreshed today.We humans were really not made to work 10+ hours in an office.
